About the Author
I am Kyle Crandall — Marine, business owner and author.

Piz Gloria, Schilthorn, Switzerland
I bought my first investment house and $20,000 RV at 22. I finished my bachelor’s at 23 while Active Duty in the Marine Corps and received two Navy Achievement Medals for Superior Performance of Duties. After honorably discharged I became my franchises’ youngest franchisee owner ever at 24, bought my second house, first commercial property, started two more businesses and wrote this guide at 25.
Ok. Started writing this guide at 25. I finished it at 31 with a beautiful wife, three houses (two investments, others sold in the past), a huge awesome barn/office, multiple businesses and two more major ones in the works. I’ve traveled through 45ish U.S. States, Greece, Switzerland (twice), Germany (Oktoberfest), Austria, Liechtenstein, half of the Caribbean and a few Mexico destinations, etc. I drive very custom vehicles, have multiple “toys” and haven’t worried about spending a dollar, or a thousand dollars since my own time of career planning. I created this guide for my own use, but aspire to help those around me so I have published it for yours!
At 35 (2022) I have now bought and sold a 7 figure beach house, an airplane, and will begin working on selling what I thought was my forever home to build a Barndominium on a beautiful 35 acre lake view parcel. I am so grateful to have accomplished so much, and I look forward to starting a family with my wife and slowing down. This guide sets the frame work for you to be successful in your own ways; you just need to take the time to use it.

What is Adulting?
Adulting is taking life by the horns. It’s not just paying the bills but taking the responsibilities that come with life and thriving off them. It’s being successful in not just your friends and family’s eyes but having true happiness in yourself.
Happiness to me is how Earl Nightingale explains success:
Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal; success is anyone who is doing a predetermined job because that is what they decided to do, deliberately; only 1/20 does this”.
Earl Nightingale
This means that success is determined by you. By what makes you happy. The Japanese call this Ikigai: the reason you get out of bed in the morning.
Unfortunately, in the amazing red white and blue, in the beautiful US of A, we are plagued with a current lifestyle focused on goods. Focused on the next new smart phone, or shiny new car that will be “old” in a short few months or years.
It’s up to us to demand success! But not for free, by working for it. We’re not afraid to go out there, roll our sleeves up and get dirty. To push forward for the life of happiness we dream about, we thirst for, we require.
Finding our Ikigai; our reason to get out of bed in the morning, requires a specific step by step guide to see inside ourselves, to see our wants, our needs and more. To understand the environment and self in a way that formats our goals so that we can see and understand them. To lay out a plan to attack our goals with the fierce mentality prior generations used to wage war on evil forces of dictators and racists.

How It Helps
Inspire & Motivate -> Interact -> Plan
The purpose of this guide is to help find YOUR inspiration. Determine not only a direction and goals, but also generate the motivation to follow through.
By the end of this guide you should have a clear understanding of your goals, as well as a plan to attack them.
Sometimes the vast sea of options overwhelms and debilitates us from deciding on a direction; so, we end up staying in place.
Fear not, Planning Adulting helps you “weigh” these options on the scale of life. This guide uses a clear-cut, kiln dried, hog-tied method to get you where you want to be, and then create a plan to make it so.
There are many guides, but THIS ONE IS YOURS
“His straight forward approach is motivating and intuitive. This is the guide to help you reach your potential.” — Panayiotis S.
“This guide challenges you in ways you didn’t know you needed! Excellent tutorial!” — Shawn C.
